At Signature Homes, we want you to love every piece of your living space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to start the return process for your furniture or decor.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original box with all protective padding and documentation to ensure it remains safe during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a curbside pickup for oversized pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
