Most in-stock furniture items are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on your location and the size of the item, as we use specialized white-glove carriers for larger pieces.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Signature Homes ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most home decor items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Yes, we are committed to environmental responsibility. Over 90% of our wood collections are crafted from FSC-certified timber or reclaimed wood sources to ensure minimal ecological impact.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives with any defects or shipping damage, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a repair, part replacement, or a full exchange at no cost to you.
